Free email

Free Email info and Set up instructions

Together with the websites you can set up a FREE EMAIL.

NB: Where ever we mention yourdomain.com this will be replaced with your own website / domain name.
There are quite a few benefits to using the free email that you receive with a CoroNet website:

  • It looks professional as it matches your website. If you website is www.wealth.com your email would be support@wealth.com or info@wealth.com or anything@wealth.com
  • The free email can download together with your other emails or you can go online and view your emails. This can be helpful when you are travelling.
  • It doesn’t matter if your current email changes, you will always be able to download the free email together with any new email address that you get.

When your website was setup we created a default mailbox called webmaster@yourdomain.com. This mailbox is a catchall, so anything addressed to @yourdomain.com will be delivered into it. “Yourdomain.com” being the website address that you registered with us.

So whether someone emails support@yourdomain.com or test@yourdomain.com or gorgeous@yourdomain.com you will still receive it.
(The catchall can be removed if required.)

The size of the mailbox is 168000kb so you will need to eventually delete emails so that it doesn’t become full. However, if you set it up on your Outlook express, it will be deleted from the online mail box, so it won’t become full.

There are basically 2 ways you can access your emails: (Instructions below)
  1. View your emails online.
  2. Download it together with your other emails in Outlook express.
NB: Where ever we mention ‘yourdomain.com’ – replace this with your own domain / website name.

#########################################
1. Viewing your emails online.
#########################################

If you wish to simply view your emails online you can do this at the Central Control Panel at https://secure.konsoleh.co.za/

To access your ‘Web-Mailbox’.  Enter your email webmaster@yourdomain.com and password. You will find your password in the email, Subject ‘Account Ready’, that you should have received when your website was initially set up. This is a different password from the one that you use to access your admin site on www.coronet.co.za
Here you can view all your emails and reply etc.

This great for if you are away from home. Even if you are downloading to your Outlook express, if you go away for a few days, you can just view your emails online. When you get back home you can download it to your computer again.
