30/3/11: Lots of changes to the Recruiting site. Complete Design change & layout. Option to change to 18 different banners. 18 different templates to choose from plus the option to remove the capture page & go straight through to the main site which can either advertise the Free Online Decision package or the Herbalife International Package (IBP). No longer offering the hard copy Decision package due to legal reasons.

20/12/09 We've created some lovely festive webpages on every CoroNet retail site and banners for you to use as well as suggestions on how to use them. 
Go to our testing site: http://retail.coronet.co.za/festive.php  and http://retail.coronet.co.za/gifts.php or to your own retail website and replace 'yourwebsite.com' with your own website name.
Copy & paste these whole pages from your website into an email and email it to your customers.
If you copy it from your own website, the links to products are all automatically linked to the products on your retail website.

18/3/09 The CoroNet retail site has a great new feature giving you more control over your website. R45 postage fees are now automatically added onto all orders placed on the retail website. You can edit this amount and choose to offer free postage for orders over a certain amount or increase the postage for larger orders. Up to you! There is also a new link on the website in the top link bar called 'Shipping & Guarantees'. This is an important link as it builds customer confidence for ordering online and provides your customer all the information on your shipping methods, postage costs and guarantees that you offer. You can edit the wording on this page too.

12/2/09 We have made a change to the free online Decision package. Now prospects have to put in a password to access Step 2 of the Online Decision package. You will have to give this password to them.
Password: freedom.  

31/1/09 New banner on the retail site which looks really good with template 6. Now 9 banners to choose from.

15/10/08 Edited and updated all the follow up letters for Site 3, including changing the subject line to make them more attention grabbing.

6/10/08 We added a 'Healthy breakfast' capture page to the retail site.

29/09/08 We have changed the 'Free Health Assessment' form to be called the 'Free Wellness Evaluation' to fall in line with Herbalife lingo. 06 /06/2008 Created a new page on the retail and recruiting admin called 'Add banner code to other websites'. Here we have a selection of banners together with the code which will link that banner image to your website. To use for free advertising using Banner exchange or for advertising on your own websites.

May 2008 Created 3 more recruiting templates to choose from  - one is for advertising in the UK and 1 is a Herbalife business recruiting template.

New - 'Payment options' - choose payment options that you would like to accept on your website - credit card, bank deposit, postal order / chq.

11/03/2008 Change your front page text of the Retail site. Not only can you change the top banner & change the colour of all the links, you can now completely change the text on the front page of the retail site. On the admin site, go to 'Add custom html / Edit front page'. Follow the step by step instructions for editing the html wording. (NB: html is what allows you to have bold, italic and paragraphs). NB - the before & after moving image is also included in this so you can choose to leave it there or remove it.

24/02/2008 Videos on site: On site 3, which sells the IBP, we've added a few videos.

12/02/2008 When searching for a prospect on your recruiting admin, you can now search by partial name instead of just email address, which makes it easier to find someone.

08/02/2008 All new sites created since 8th Feb have a new feature. If you have your website on site 1 for example which offers the Decison package - you can also direct your prospects to www.yourdomain.com/dp.php for the paid package website, to www.yourdomain.com/decision_pack_free.php for the free online dp and www.yourdomain.com/ibp.php for the Herbalife site. The existing site www.yourdomain.com/decision_pack.php stays as it was (ie whatever you set it at). The benefit is that if you have someone you speak to that wants to order the IBP but your site sells the decision packages, you can send them to this extra link to order the IBP. All new sites will have this feature but any websites set up already would have to specially ask for this to be put on their site - unfortunately we can't just change it for everyone, it has to be done one by one. So email support@coronet.co.za if you would like this feature installed on your site.

15/01/2008 We have made it so that you can now edit email addresses on all your prospect list and export them all to an excel page (csv format). You can also now choose to only download one page instead of all pages as some people with lots of prospects were finding it taking a long time to download all the pages.

You can then select in the dropdown list at the bottom, which page you would like to be displayed after the capture page ie if you choose a capture page that targets weightloss, we recommend you choose the weightloss page. If we had a capture page that targets sportsmen, you could take them straight to the sports page. Or if you don't want them to go to the product website at all, you could just direct them to a questionaire page which asks for more information about them. There are only 2 capture pages to choose from but we want to offer a lot more. Please send through your ideas of what you'd like.

10/01/2008 Retail Capture pages now ready plus other developments:

Modify Meta Tags
Change or add or delete more words to your metatags. Metatags provide the search engines with a Title, Description and Keywords of your website. By changing your metatags you are making your site look different on the search engines.
Add custom HTML
You can add wording and coding to the top, left, right or bottom of your website. It appears on every page. This adds lots of possibilities to your website. You can add 'Analytics' or 'Tracking code' which some search engines, like Google adwords' offer. Enter the coding that they give you and it will give you indepth tracking on hits on your website including where your hits are coming from and what pages they are visiting. Other website often offer to advertise for you if you advertise for them. This is now possible, enter the html code they give you and it will appear on your website. You can add in any wording you like here - ie you could choose to add a special offer which links to a certain page or product on your website. If you just type in the wording it will appear in plain text, but you will need to use html to make it in colour. Instructions on how to do 'html' on your admin on this link.
Select Capture Page
You have the option put a 'Capture page' on the front page of your website. The reason for a capture page is to ask the  prospect for contact details before they can access the rest of your website. Once the prospect has entered their name & email on the capture page, you choose which page on your website you would like them to go to - if you choose a capture page that targets weightloss, we recommend you choose the weightloss page. Or if you don't want them to go to the product website at all until you have had time to phone them, you could just direct them to a questionnaire page which asks for more information about them and doesn't have links to the rest of the website at all.  Here is where capture pages that promote 'free facials' , 'free wellness assessment' or 'free samles' would work so well. Again send in your ideas!
View Capture page prospects
Here you can view Capture page prospects from your website and you can also add new people to start receiving the retail follow up letters. You can also download all the prospects to excel document (CSV format) and you can also edit their email address if their email changes.
Edit 1st autoresponder letter.
 This first letter that goes out to the prospects from the capture page looks great. It picks up the same banner that you have chosen for your website and inserts it into the email. If you have put your testimonial & picture on your website, you will notice that this appears on the email as well. If you want to make any changes to the text in this autoresponder, click on this link to edit the letter. Test it out: add a capture page to your website and then enter your name and email as a new prospect and see the email that is sent to you.

27/11/2007 Totally new design for the retail site with amazing new features. Have a look at our testing site. You can completely change the look of your website with a choice of 6 banners & 3 templates. Also it includes a BMI calculator & newsletter subscription option and you can change the wording in the bottom right box. Plus you can now send people directly to certain links on your site. For example go to: http://www.retail.coronet.co.za/success_stories.php for weightloss stories and to http://www.retail.coronet.co.za/sports_nutrition.php for sports and testimonials, to  http://www.retail.coronet.co.za/liftoff.php to find out about our incredible energy drink etc. We even have a secret page http://www.retail.coronet.co.za/discount.php which you can direct people to (on your website address of course) - or if you want to offer this discount on your website, simply choose template 5.

16/11/2007: New look editable autoresponder - The first autoresponder that goes out from the recruiting site, subj: 'Thank you for requesting more information', has been given a lovely banner and is in bold and colour. You can also completely edit the wording of your letter on your admin site. Under 'Site administration', click on the link - 'Edit 1st autoresponder letter'. Test it on www.coronet.co.za/retail.php

28/8/2007 We have updated the Online Decision package.
Now we also give you the option to download or email out Step 1 and 2 of the Online Decision package.
Or you can direct prospects to the pages where they can download them.

5/7/2007 Lots of additions to the Recruiting site: 1-Zambia Opening: We have added Zambia to the list of countries onto our websites in the various places. We have created a front page template especially for Zambia, template 9. Have a look on your admin. Some people feel that having your website go straight into the Herbalife business opportunity (Site 3) will work best for signing up Zambians and you can edit the cost and description of your IBP on the order form to suit Zambia.
2 - New Decision package order form design You have always had the option to change the price of your Decision package, but now we have designed a new order form where you can also change the description of the packages and choose to sell one Decision package as the only option, or offer a choice of both packages (hard copy or Dual Pack) as before. This new order form layout will only show up on your website if you click on the link "Use the new Decision Pack system" on your admin under 'Decision pack Cost'.
3 - Editable text on the order form Yet another new development on your admin site if your site offers the R215 Decision package. You can also edit the text at the top of the order form. You can change any of this text ie change postage options, money back guarantees, offer extra bonuses and put in a contact telephone number and anything you think may increase orders for your decision packages.

17/6/2007 Created new template 12. Tested it with google adwords and it got the highest conversion rate of hits to prospects so very pleased with this template.

22/5/2007 Brand new development on your website - a Herbalife site with an IBP order form!
Before you had 2 website site options offered to you on your admin - you could either offer the Decision package for R215 (you can edit how much to charge) or the Free online Decision package. You now have a 3rd option. You can change your website so that once a prospect enters their details on the front page - the site they then enter goes straight into the Herbalife business opportunity with fantastic Herbalife testimonials and company & product information and an order form for an IBP. (You can edit the cost & description of the IBP). The prospect will get a separate set of 18 follow up letters which all promote Herbalife.
